What's

1.5% of your property's purchase price* as a
cash-back payment to you.
Since day one, it has been
our company's philosophy that: 'Half of something is better than all of

And since overseas property agent's commissions
are much higher abroad than those of estate agents
in the UK (as low as .99%) we have decided to
cut the gimmicks and give something back to our
clients.
Rather than offering subsidised inspection
trips to Cyprus, or merely refunding
our client's expenses on completion of a purchase,
we will actually pay a share
of our own commission back to you if you decide
to purchase a property.
For example, if you decide to purchase
a C£250,000
villa, you are entitled to C£3,750 (approximately
£4,500 Sterling) under our cash-back payment offer.
Rather a substantial sum of money compared to
a subsidised inspection visit or even the offer
of refunded expenses, we think you'll agree.
