Cyprus' 14 New Golf Courses?

The Tersefanou Golf Course is vital for the Larnaca region

Since the other three courses in Cyprus are located in the Paphos and Limassol areas, the construction of this complex provides a much demanded alternative to the lengthy drive (no pun intended) currently required to reach the courses at Secret Valley, Aphrodite Hills and Tsada and thereby a substantial boost to the region's infrastructure.

Larnaca Golf Course and Country Club will include a six star hotel, a luxurious club house with a number of restaurants, bars, a library, children’s play area and banquet hall. But aside from its golfing facilities, including a 6,000+ metre championship golf course, golfing academy, driving ranges and resident professionals, the resort itself incorporates an international business centre, retail village, health spa and fitness centre, equestrian centre, football academy, swimming pool, tennis courts and much more.

An excellent investment

Its beautiful natural surroundings, stunning rock formations, splendid sea views, many on-site facilities, and close proximity to Larnaca town and the international airport alone make this resort an ideal investment opportunity now that final planning permission for the resort has been approved. And while things may have slowed down somewhat on the international property market, the coming few years should see property prices in the Larnaca region undergo similar rises to those in the Paphos region between 2000 and 2006.

Our extensive portfolio features a selection of fabulous investment opportunities ranging from single apartments to entire apartment blocks and complexes worth several million pounds available at pre-launch prices.

Safe as Houses?

While the Republic of Cyprus' new golf courses have created quite a stir for one reason or another, there are also rumours afoot about golf courses in the Turkish Republic of North Cyprus, especially in view of the 18-hole course recently completed near Esentepe. But as we all know, investing in North Cyprus homes can be an extremely risky business.
