These are the communities of Kiti
and Pervolia as well
as the small village of Meneou. Nestled to the south of
Larnaca, they are located around three or four miles from
the forthcoming golf course, thus providing a close proximity
and easy access to the facility, without actually having
to live within its boundaries. |

The seafront village of Pervolia especially, has proven
a popular destination with British homebuyers in recent
months, as it’s closeness to Tersefanou and Larnaca
International Airport, combined with its beachfront location
and largely traditional atmosphere have proved to be as
large an attraction as the new golf course itself.
Kiti is set along the main road between the airport and
Tersefanou and, as such, is a thriving, self-sufficient
little community quite literally only a couple of miles
from Tersefanou village and around the same distance from
the Sea. Home to all the amenities one would expect from
a community of around three thousand inhabitants, including
supermarkets, bars, restaurants and assorted other retail
outlets.
