These days, the golfing legend is becoming an acclaimed course designer

Nowadays, the retired golfing legend is rapidly gaining fame as course designer, the latest of which is the already prestigious Secret Valley Golf Course, set to become an interweaving 36-Hole golf course of truly spectacular scope and vision.

Tentatively renamed as the ‘Venus Rock Golf Resort’ this course, surrounded by a large and highly exclusive development of luxurious golf properties, is located in scenically spectacular river valley just south of Kouklia village on Cyprus’ west coast, and is set to become one of the largest and most prestigious leisure-integrated golfing resorts of its kind in Europe.

Secret Valley will become a golfing haven

Working on the project with the Jacklin Design Group will be Hans-Georg Erhardt, a high-profile golfing architect of over thirty years’ experience who, together with Tony Jacklin, has promised to create something truly special at Secret Valley.

In addition to the spectacular golf course planned at Secret Valley, the forthcoming resort will also include a large-scale golfing academy, a five-star hotel, retail village, health-spa & fitness centre, as well as a magnificent seafront leisure zone, complete with five hundred metres of manmade beach.

The most magnificent golf resort in Cyprus

Skirting the resort’s magnificent valley setting and course will be a complex of luxurious golf properties constructed by one of the Republic’s most renowned property development companies, thus creating an integrated golfing resort comparable only to the famed Vale do Lobos in Portugal. These fabulous homes, set for sale-release in the near future, represent the very height of luxury and exclusivity for golf properties in Cyprus or indeed anywhere else, even eclipsing those at the forthcoming Larnaca Golf Course and Country Club in their sheer grandeur.

It is also worthy to note that construction has been staggered in such a way that eighteen holes will remain open and playable at any time until the overall course’s completion, thus providing an opportunity for continuous golfing to members and homeowners at the resort.
