Villas in Pervolia to the south of Larnaca town
To the south of Larnaca there are several places, such as Pervolia for instance, which offer the opportunity for property buyers to purchase homes with easy access to the international airport.
Villas in Pervolia and Kiti
Our associated developers have villas in Pervolia for sale that are within 800 metres from the long untouched beach. Being only 6 kilometres from the international Larnaca Airport and only 14 kilometres from Larnaca town, with all the modern facilities of supermarkets, shops and banks, it is becoming a desired area for holiday makers who wish to take advantage of the investment opportunities and for those seeking permanent residence.
Pervolia currently has only 1200 inhabitants and it is a favourite with tourists and locals because of its cobbled village streets and Cypriot traditions and customs - portraying the traditional Cypriot way of life. |

Yet, with the new Larnaca Golf course and Country club being built in Tersefanou inland just up the road, and with the sea so near, for those seeking villas in Pervolia, it is becoming a much sought after area and prices are rising fairly quickly reflecting a very good investment return on capital.
Moving just a short distance further inland, almost connected to Pervolia one comes to the village of Kiti, which has a sports clubs, a cultural society, various organisations and clubs/societies, infirmaries, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, a police station, elementary and high schools and kindergartens and boasts a population of nearly 3,000.
The road connections of Kiti are very good. In the south-east it connects with Pervolia. In the north-west it connects with Tersefanou where the new championship golf course is being built and in the north-east with Dromolaxia and Meneou and through it to the city of Larnaca and the international airport.
Kition, the ancient city that stood further in the north was known under the name of Kiti during the medieval times and gave its name to the village. Around 1367, Peter, King of Cyprus apparently built a palace near the coast. In 1425, the Saracens set fire to Kiti during their invasion of Cyprus.
Due to the subsequent feuds during the Frankish years by warring sections of the royal family, Kiti had fortifications built protecting the royal villa; there have also been found some archaeological remains from the Neolithic era. Tourists also come from around the world to admire the renowned mosaic of the Virgin Mary that is under the protection of UNESCO, at the unique church of "Panagia Angeloktisti".
As this area is becoming sought after due to the imminent golf course construction, there are many apartments in Kiti that are becoming available on various developments, some inexpensively designed for holiday makers, whilst others are designed for long term residency and running into hundreds of thousands of pounds. There are various villa complexes becoming available also, please ask for details.
Further afield on the way to Limassol one can find the village of Mazatos, best known for its Camel Park. All ages can find out about these beasts of burden, also called the ships of the desert and experience riding them on an enjoyable day out. It is still a reasonably unspoilt area, however, we are experiencing some property growth of various villas and apartments in Mazatos that we would be pleased to show you on a viewing trip that have special payment terms.
Much nearer to Larnaca town itself within walking distance, we have a large selection for those seeking apartments in McKenzie, many without communal swimming pools as they are virtually on McKenzie Beach which is known for its refreshing waters and beautiful sandy beach. Scuba diving is just one of the several water sports facilities available.
There are a great choice of restaurants along the McKenzie seafront and are famous for their fresh fish Cyprus cuisine, so when you come on a viewing trip try one out and have a seafood Meze, they can run into over 40 courses.
